Belt Convey Introduction
The mobile lifting belt conveyor works the same as the ordinary belt conveyor. It uses a belt as the continuous transportation equipment of the traction carrier. It increases the moving device and the lifting device compared with the ordinary belt conveyor because of the lifting and moving device. Working Principle Of The Machine

The conveyor machine mainly consists of two end rollers and a closed conveyor belt tightly fitted over it. The drum that drives the belt to rotate called the drive drum (drive drum). And the other drum that only changes the direction of a movement called the redirecting drum. A motor-driven the roller through a speed reducer that is dragged by friction between the drive roller and the conveyor belt. The driving rollers generally installed at the discharge end to increase the traction and facilitate dragging. The material fed from the feeding end falls on the rotating conveyor belt and transported to the discharge end through the friction of the conveyor belt.

Transmission Principle Features

The traction of the belt conveyor transmitted through the friction between the drive roller and the belt. So the tensioning device must tension the belt so that the tape has a certain tension at the separation of the drum.
The belt runs on the idler along with the load. The belt is both a traction mechanism and a load-bearing mechanism. There is no relative movement between the load and the belt, which eliminates the frictional resistance between the belt and the load during operation. Since the roller equipped with a rolling bearing, the frictional friction between the belt and the roller greatly reduced, thereby reducing the power consumption and increasing the transportation distance. For a belt conveyor, the amount of traction transmission capacity depends on the tension of the belt, the wrap angle of the belt on the drive roller, and the coefficient of friction between the belt and the drive roller.
