1. MKLH ring die biomass pellet machine is mainly for compressing the pulverized wood chips,grass into the pellets. It applies with a forced feeder, reinforced transmission parts, special ring mold, pressure roller and hoop.
2. This pellet machine equips with the 8mm and 10mm die, because the test shows that these 2 sizes pellets are the most suitable to burning. We can also equip with the other size ring die.
3. It feeds the material with frequency conversion motor, it’s equiped with the overload protection device, off-machine discharge mechanism and a lubrication oil pump lubrication system.
Ring Die Pellet Machine Working Condition:
1. The working environment temp is 5-40℃
2. The machine before and after the granulator should be matched.
3. The voltage should be steady, the difference should be less than ±5％.
4. The raw material moisture should be less than 17%.
5. The digital ammeter and pilot switch should be installed at the production site.
