Use Method Of The Machine

Routine Maintenance

1. The crusher motor has been sealed before leaving the factory, the coupling has been corrected, please do not loosen.

3. Regularly check the fineness of the finished product.
4. Regularly clean or replace the duster bag (make sure the bag is breathable), and check the working condition of the solenoid valve regularly (see if it can work normally).

6. Always pay attention to the vibration of the crusher.

Correctly Use The Cage Mill

1. When the hammer of the crusher is severely worn and needs to replace. It is necessary to pay attention to ensure the weight difference between the two hammers on the two opposite (180° direction) hammer pin shafts ≤ 1g and two relatives (180° direction) The total weight difference of the hammer on the hammer pin shaft is ≤ 2g.
2. When the crusher screen seriously wore and needs to replace. It is necessary to pay attention to whether the flatness of the new screen and the size of the screen are reasonable, and whether the installation is in place. It is better to make the screen surface face inward when installing.
3. The opening degree of the impeller feeder damper should adjust properly.
4. If abnormal vibrations such as high vibration and high noise of the crusher are found, stop and then inspection immediately.
5. The spindle bearing should add 80 grams of grease after 40 hours of operation, but it can only add to 60%. After 1800 hours of operation, the bearing box cover should remove and all used grease should replace. When replacing the grease, add grease to the area around the roller and the bearing ring, and add 1/3 to 1/2 of the grease to the bottom case. Never add too much grease.
6. When the output of the crusher suddenly dropped, in addition to the factors of raw materials. It is important to check whether the damper is in place, whether the pipeline is leaking, whether the pulse bag blocked, whether the solenoid valve,  the fan is working normally, and so on.
